Meet Lauren Hedrick! Lauren and Hannah met studying abroad in Australia in 2017. When Lauren bought a house in 2020, she called Hannah up and said come live with me in Raleigh! Sure enough, Hannah took a leap of faith, packed up everything and moved to Raleigh. Lauren and Hannah were still roommates when Hannah started dating Rob, too! She was there for all the awkward "Should I text him?" phase and will continue to be apart of all the future phases Hannah and Rob will now have!

Ryan and Rob have been friends since childhood. Growing up, their adventures ranged from weekend long camping trips to all night gaming sessions. These days they live on opposite sides of the country, but still plan a weekend every year to meet up and run a Tough Mudder together!

Meet Lauren Russell, Hannah's older sister! Hannah and Lauren grew up in a tiny town south of Boston, MA. Lauren now lives in Portland, OR. When we get together, we love to play games, try new restaurants, go to shows or comedians, share stories and, of course, washer toss when the weather is nice!

Andrew moved to Raleigh from California in 2018. He decided to attend a local dodgeball league night to meet new people. He bought some chicken wings from a food truck nearby and sat down with one of the teams that had just played...Rob's team! The daily hangouts have turned into weekly phone calls, but these two make sure to stay in touch!

Meet Nina Lester! This is Hannah's amazing friend from back in Massachusetts. Nina and Hannah met through work in 2018. After one of our clients canceled, we went for a walk to kill some time. When we got home, Hannah told her mom, "I think I made a new friend!" and Nina went home and told her husband, "I have a new friend!" Ever since, we have grown together, celebrated the welcoming of Baby Stella, laughed, cried and played many, many games. It is always a fun time with Nina!

For about the first six months of dating Hannah, all Rob heard was "You're going to love Alex when you meet him after his deployment!" As she typically is...Hannah was right. Rob and Alex were fast friends and never shy away from a friendly (or rather competitive...) round of golf.

Meet "Life of the Party" Makayla! Makayla and Hannah met when Makayla and her husband moved in across the street from Lauren's house in Raleigh. Lauren and Hannah dropped a bottle of wine off as a "Welcome to our neighborhood" and Makayla returned the favor so the three of us drank wine and got to know each other one night. Instantly, we all knew we were going to get along.

Cody and Rob's friendship grew rapidly at Virginia Tech once they had left the golf rivalry back in high school. Living together for four years, these two have no shortage of good stories from those college days. Cody decided to follow his Top Gun dreams and is now a pilot in the Navy (but Rob will forever have nightmares about being a passenger while Cody was first learning to fly...)

Meet Nicole! Nicole and Hannah met through Lauren Hedrick. Together we love to drink wine, have game nights, and explore the North Carolina mountains. We love to treat ourselves to nails, spa, and self-care days. Nicole is such a supportive friend and is always down for anything!

Rob had just started his new job in Clayton, NC when the firm decided to hire a summer intern. That intern would turn out to be none other than Matt. These two have been colleagues, friends, and even roommates since then! Matt and his wife Kelly have recently welcomed their first child into the world, and Rob can't wait to spoil her like crazy!
