The ceremony will begin punctually at 4.00pm in the afternoon, Doors will open to guests at 3.40pm. Please arrive no later than 3.55pm.
If you arrive earlier than 3.40 please wait in the car park or off the venue as the bride and groom may be finishing up photos at this time.
Do i bring a gift?
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to get us anything a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at reception. Please see the 'Gifts' tab for more information around this.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us for our big day. We ask that you wear black tie formal attire.

What colour are the bridesmaids wearing?
All of my bridesmaids will be wearing black.
Can we bring our children?
As much as we love your little ones, we ask that you take the night off as parents and think of our wedding as a date night away from the kids. Only Children in the bridal party and children that are included on invitations will be present at the wedding.
Can i bring a guest?
If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP then yes! Otherwise, we would love the keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
What will the weather be?
Melbourne is very unpredictable when it comes to weather! what's that they say about 4 seasons in one day? The Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, undercover areas and shade available. We are hoping for perfect weather, however if on the day there is forecast of rain, we have a plan B for an indoor ceremony.
Where can i book accommodation?
See the "Accommodation & Travel" tab for more details on accommodation in the area and nearby public transportation. Please keep in mind that it will entering a long weekend so book accommodation ahead of time if you wish to stay nearby.
Why get married on a thursday?
We understand that a weekday wedding isn't your typical day to attend a wedding. We wanted to get married on our anniversary which happens to fall on a Thursday in 2025. We understand not everyone will be able to take work off for this, we don't expect you to. We are appreciative of everyone who can make it.
Do i have to attend recovery drinks?
No of course not. The next day recovery drinks is 100% up to you if you wish to join. It will be very lowkey and a pay your own way event.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by no later than 2nd December 2024. This doesn't mean RSVP on December 2nd, it just means that this date is the absolute latest we will accept attendance responses. If we don't have your RSVP by this date then we will assume you as "not going". If you know in advance that you already wont be able to attend or will be attending then please RSVP sooner rather than later.
