If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation -that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP and make payment for the accommodation/catering is 30 August 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party. We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before our 16:00 ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. We appreciate your efforts in making sure you are not late!

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. Gents are encouraged to wear suits with open collar shirts (no ties), and formal shoes (please no sneakers). Ladies are welcome to wear a formal, long dress. We encourage guests to choose 'cool' colours from our Earth Colour Palette, provided on the website. Please avoid bright/neon colours and black. Feel free to reach out with any questions! We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditional reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Please arrive any time after 14:00. The Spitbraai festivities will kick off at 17:00. Don't forget to wear all black!

Your presence over this special weekend is what matters most to us.
