The ceremony will be on the fourth floor of the Shaw Center. It is highly unlikely that street parking will be available. These are the locations of parking garages near the venue:

The two pictures below show the front of the two entrances of the Shaw Center. Once you are inside the building you will find the elevator that will take you to the 4th floor. The elevator will be across from the help desk.
