Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place outside under a tent and pavilion with heaters. Please dress accordingly! The shuttle bus from the hotel will be leaving for the wedding venue promptly at 4:00 pm to accommodate hotel guests. Please meet the shuttle bus out front. There will be two return rides to the hotel later in the night: one at 9:00 pm and one at 10:30 pm. Traffic may be heavy this weekend so please plan accordingly!
