We'll have a bus pick up at the Hilton Double Tree (renamed the Newberry Hotel) (first shuttle 3:00 ( up to 30 guests) final shuttle 3:50) before the reception and will shuttle back to the hotel at 10:00 and 10:40. The Loge is the most convenient locale for our van dwelling guests just a few miles from Skyliner.

We understand childcare can be tricky for an out-of-state event, and ultimately we just want to celebrate with you! Bring your kids or don't... we support you either way. Reach out to us if you have any concerns

Skyliner is an outdoor venue; ceremony, reception, and dancing will be in the thick of the pines. There is a small indoor area with bathrooms and limited seating, but all events will occur outside.

Bend is about 4000 feet above sea level. Just drink water, y'all

It's impossible to predict what the air quality will be like in August, but the end of the summer is wildfire season. A quick Google search of "Bend AQI" can provide current information about air quality. While we hope for the best, having a mask handy may offer relief if you are sensitive to respiratory issues.

Oregon is a legal state. However, it is illegal to consume cannabis in public places or in public view. So just be cool, yanno?
