General Guest Information:
Our reception will be held in the Event Center at the Rivers Casino.
The address is 777 Casino Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15212
You may self park in the garage at no charge or you may use valet to park for $12.
Once inside the Grand Ballroom is located on the 2nd floor. Please use the elevators or escalators by the Drum Bar to gain access to the second floor.
Doors for the cocktail reception will open at 4pm and dinner will be immediately following.
* All guests will need to have a valid US government issued photo ID
Rivers Casino
Pull up to the main casino entrance to begin the check in process. Let the Valet know you are checking into the Landing Hotel. Valet parking is a courtesy for all guests of the hotel. There are unlimited in and out privileges during your stay.
There are luggage and garment carts at valet to assist with your check in. Should you desire porter service, that is available with the valet team.
Check in is at 4 pm. Check out is 11 am. You will need a photo ID and credit card at check in. Please be sure to notify the Hotel Attendant of all persons staying in the room so that you get the proper amount of breakfast vouchers.
If you arrive before check in time, you may ask the valet to hold your luggage for you in a secure location until your room is ready.

We also have a room block in place at The Residence Inn. Unfortunately, the hotel screwed up and no longer has a shuttle service. We recommend uber, lyft, or just driving to the casino as the hotel is only a few blocks away. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Underage Entrance Instructions
Underage guests are permitted in the casino at 3pm. Ceremony starts at 3:30pm.
Please utilize Valet to park when bringing anyone under the age of 21 to the Rivers Casino. No one under the age of 21 is allowed on the Casino Gaming Floor so you will not be able to self park. A valet parking pass has been provided to you. Please proceed to the main doors of the casino through Valet and let the security agent know you are there to check in for the Morra Gibson Event Center wedding. Note, all under age guests will have their photo taken and guests over the age of 12 will be required to wear a wristband for the duration of the event. Once photographed, you will be escorted to the Event Center for the Ceremony and Reception.
All underage guests will need to be escorted out by security and should be out of the Event Center 10 minutes after the conclusion of the event.
