Q + A

Rain or shine event?

Most definitely! While our plan is to have the ceremony outside, if we do get rain there is alternate plans to hold the ceremony in the same location as the reception. (Same address just in different locations at the venue.)

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Please make sure to include your little one on the RSVP. We would also like to note, while kids are welcome, we will not be providing a plate of food for anyone that isn't an adult.

When do RSVP's need to be returned?

We would appreciate if the RSVP's could be returned by no later than September 1st, 2025!

Open bar?

We will not have an open bar. We ask that all guests that are of legal age limit their selves to 3 acholic beverages so that we can ensure we will have enough. We are providing a variety of beer and wine coolers. We have hired a bartender to pass out drinks.

Sweet treat?

Aside from the cake we will also have smores available as we will have a fire pit that night!

Parking?

You are asked to park in the grass lot as soon as you enter the venue. There will be a shuttle service (golf cart) for those that don't want to or can't walk the path to the ceremony deck.

Wedding presents?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. (Our home address is located on the back of your invitations/save-the-date) A wedding card box will be available at our reception.

Ending time for the reception?

The last dance will be at 9:45 and ask all guests to start filtering out following that. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here! ;)

Food and dietary restrictions?

We will be having chicken alfredo, salad, and bread as well as tea and water. We apologize but we will not have any options to accommodate those with dietary restrictions.

Is there a deadline for arrival?

Yes! We ask that all guests get to the venue 10-15 minutes early to get seated. We will be not allowing anyone in after 3:30 pm. If you are late you will have to wait until the ceremony is over and then you can join us at the reception!
