We're doing it! We are so excited to invite you to witness and share in the celebration of our commitment to each other! 2:15 PM–3:00 PM

Guest Arrival

We welcome you to The Red Barn at 2:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. Grab a drink, hug your friends and get settled into the space.

3:00 PM–3:30 PM

Ceremony

Promptly beginning at 3:00pm. *A note* During the ceremony we ask for you to put your phones away. We have designated several people to capture this special moment for us. We want to see your faces instead of your phones in those photos :) After the ceremony, please grab your chair, fold it up and stack it against the far wall inside the barn. Thank you!

3:30 PM–5:00 PM

Happy Hour & Appetizers

Have some snacks, drinks and play some lawn games while we go snap some photos with our families and friends. Have your own photo shoot too! We will have a QR code where you can share your photos and videos from the day :)

5:00 PM–9:00 PM

Dinner and Reception

Speeches, food, drinks and dancing! The Red Barn only allows us to stay in the space until 9pm, which means around 8:45pm we need to gather anything from the outside space and bring it inside the barn so we can lock it up safely for the evening. There will be a crew of folks specifically helping us do that, but any help is greatly appreciated!

After Party

The Olde Alehouse

After we close up The Red Barn, let's keep the celebration going and head down the street, just a few steps away, to The Olde Alehouse! The Olde Alehouse is our local bar with great beer on tap. They have a spacious outdoor area for those of you who want to continue to dance the night away with us!

Beach hang

Sunday, August 4, 2024

1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Attire: Whatever you want to wear to the beach! Always a good idea to bring some cozy layers.

We'd love to gather for one final hang before everyone heads back home! Let's relax, play some beach games, go for a surf if you want to bring your boards, and soak up some sunshine! Dogs welcome if you are able to keep a close eye on them around the little baby humans. BYO food and drink!!! Also, bring any extra beach chairs or blankets if ya got em'! We will be gathering in Cayucos at the beach, NORTH of the Cayucos Pier.
