It all started with a shared love for Boosie. One day in Franklin, Louisiana, two paths crossed in the most unexpected of ways. The couple both ended up in the right place at the right time. On August 17th, 2019 the couple met each other at MaKaila's high school dance (thank you Chad for DJing!!!!!)MaKaila just HAD to talk to him. The only thing she could come up with is to request the most diabolical Lil Boosie song she knew. Very fitting for a catholic high school dance. The rest is history.

We were just 15 and 16 years old when we met, and from the moment we laid eyes on each other we knew there was something special there. We stayed up until 4AM that night talking about their favorite things. That very night Conner said something... "I'm going to marry you one day." Those words have stuck with us ever since.

Our journey together has been filled with countless memories, from our first date (Acadian Village) to family vacations, and everything in between. Along the way we've grown closer and more in love with every day that passes. We have since built a life together full of joy, laughter, and love.
