We wanted guests who had come into town early to be able to meet and mingle before the big day! It will be buffet style, so if you are not able to come right at six, that is okay!

We will Provide busses to the after party, but you will need to arrange for an Uber or a ride home after!

Busses will pick up from Hampton Inn and Suites, Hotel 1620 (Thomas Seas Suites and Harbourtown Suites) and Holiday Inn express. Please be ready to board at 3:30. Holiday inn express guests, they will get you closer to 3:40 as they are picking up from the other hotels first.

Buses will arrive back to Waverly Oaks around 930. Although the wedding goes until 10, please feel free to start boarding the buses earlier. All guests who plan on taking the bus back to their hotel must board no later than 1010. Busses will also drop guests off at the after party as well.
