Round Trip Airport Transfers are also included only when you book through our wedding party. Most Activities: Shows, Live Music, Gym, Paddle Boarding, Kayaking and Spanish Classes are just a glimpse of what is included in your stay. Please Note: Spa treatments and motorized water sports (jet skis and boating) are not included.

Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort. Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises. If you want to join us for any or all events, please follow booking instructions.

As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please call our travel agent and place a small deposit on your room ($20 per person) to reserve your accommodations. When booking your room, your credit card is not charged until 30 days before the trip. You also have free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to check-in. Payment Plans are available as well. Other weddings are also booked the week of our wedding and room prices are guaranteed to rise or sell out! **If you chose to book outside of our room block through the direct website or a third party and the hotel becomes overbooked, you run the risk of getting "bumped" to another hotel and will not be able to attend wedding.

Feel free to stay as many days as you like! Our wedding is on THURSDAY NOV 10th 2022. Plan to arrive at least by Tuesday Nov 8th or Wednesday Nov 9th the latest. Please take into consideration the possibility of flight delays or flight cancellations when booking flights. We'd hate for you to miss out on celebrating with us! Also, please be sure to check the EVENTS tab for a list of events so that you can plan your trip accordingly. We will personally be there from Sunday, November 6th, 2022 through Sunday, November 13, 2022. We recommend staying a minimum of 3 to 4 nights for the wedding festivities and events that we have planned for all our guests.

The Finest Playa Mujeres Resort is approximately 17 miles (a little over half an hour or so) from the Cancún International Airport (CUN). With your booking via our travel agent you will receive free round trip airport transfer. The transfer is arranged by the travel agent prior to arrival. You will want to confirm departure with the transfer company on the way home. *Note that you must be booked a minimum of 3 nights to receive the free transportation.

Yes! We specifically chose a family friendly hotel so that everyone could join. This resort also has an amazing kids section including kids club, pool, and water park. Please note when booking your suite that the standard suites in addition to the Finest Club suites are kid-friendly. Everyone 12 years or older is considered an adult when booking the family sections of the resort. The Excellence Club rooms are adults only and all guests in this section must be 18 years and older.

Formal or Semi-Formal. Do dress up! It's a wedding! No shorts or athletic shoes.

The dress code is considered Casual Elegance. This mostly applies to restaurants and bars at the resort for dinner. For ladies-long pants, capri pants, or skirt with a blouse, or a dress. For men-Long dress pants and collared shirts. (jeans and polo shirts are OK) Casual shoes (closed toes) or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, beach sandals, and flip flops are not allowed.

First and foremost, we know it's a lot to ask our family and friends to travel with or without a pandemic. We completely understand any and all concerns and want to emphasize this is a "no pressure" type of situation. We feel comfortable enough at this time to move forward with getting married. While at the resort, you are not required to wear a mask, but the staff will be taking precautions. The U.S. requires all international travelers to present proof of a negative test within 72 hours of their flight home. Currently, the Finest Resort provides a free test that you must schedule with the concierge during your stay. Testing is done on-site from 9am-12pm. In the event of a positive test, the resort will also provide complimentary accommodation for 14 days.
