In February 2023, Stephen and Elizabeth joined a young adult bible study at Radiant Church Westchase.

On Father's Day, Stephen asked Elizabeth out for coffee. During their first date, they shared their testimonies, talked about their favorite colors, discussed their goals for the future, and what they like to do in their free time.

On July 4th, Stephen officially asked Elizabeth to be his girlfriend. Obviously, she said yes.

Over the course of their relationship, the two have become inseparable. The couple has faced whatever life has thrown at them together and they have made each other stronger throughout it all. Since the beginning, they have prioritized God in their relationship, praying together, reading their Bibles together, and doing weekly devotionals.

After 5 months of dating, Stephen knew this was the girl he wanted to spend the rest of his life with and began the process of engagement ring shopping. Once he began looking, he realized no store bought ring would be special enough for his special woman, so he designed one himself.

On June 28th, 2024, during a family trip to Niagara Falls, Stephen asked Elizabeth to spend the rest of their lives together. We all know what that answer was.
