It was fall 2019 when Sydney and Hunter first swiped right on Bumble. They messaged back and forth with Sydney eventually asking Hunter to go out for a drink. The drink led to dinner the next night, and the rest is history!

They managed to survive dating throughout the pandemic with lots of date nights at home. They were even able to overcome their rivalry between Texas and OU! In 2020, Sydney adopted a dachshund Ruby, which would change Hunter's world forever. In 2021, Sydney, Hunter (and Ruby) moved in together.

Hunter proposed at a beautiful park on July 9th, 2022 in Dallas with their family and friends in town to celebrate. They got legally married July 22nd, 2023 in a small ceremony with Hunter's dad officiating. They can't wait to get married again and celebrate their love with everyone!
