What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to the large size of our families, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are children welcome?
We love your little ones! However, due to our large families we are not able to accommodate all kiddos. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this as a "night out" for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely.
Is your wedding inside or outside?
Weather permitting, our wedding will be an indoor-outdoor event. The ceremony will be held on the lawn outdoors. Cocktail hour will be indoor and outdoor and the reception will be primarily indoors. All indoor spaces are air conditioned.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you are using the provided transportation, shuttle times will be posted at the hotel accordingly.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We have opted for an "unplugged ceremony" meaning no phones or cameras during the ceremony. We will allot time at the beginning of the ceremony for you to take pictures, but then we please ask you put phones and cameras away. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our perfect moment and we promise to share them with you all as soon as we receive them! Following the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be a full open bar. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you - we can't wait to celebrate with you and get ready to party!
Will there be transportation?
Yes! We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy the night with us! We will be setting up shuttle transportation to and from the hotel. Shuttle times will be posted at the hotel. You can choose to take the provided transportation provided, drive or Uber/Lyft.
Where do I park?
If you choose to drive yourself, our venue has a valet service to park your vehicle. If driving, please drive responsibly and plan accordingly!
When do I need to RSVP by?
You will receive information on how to RSVP to our big day with your formal invitation. You must RSVP by July 13, 2024. We hope to see you there!
What if I do not RSVP on time?
If we do not get an RSVP back by July 13th, 2024 it will be marked asa "Not Attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's as a result. We hope you understand!
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
