Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children - thank you for your understanding.

Food

Breakfast is provided every morning for onsite guests from 8am - 10am.

Dinner will be provided every night except May 10th. We are planning to arrange a meeting location in town for dinner the final night.

An a la carte restaurant menu will be available from 8am -11pm daily when a buffet is not happening.

Flight Information

Once you have booked your flight, please let us know your flight arrival and departure information (arrival and departure date and time) so we can share this information with the hotel for them to prepare for group arrivals/departures.

Airport Transportation

Transportation can be setup with Astrid at transportation@superiortoursvallarta.com for parties of 6 or more. For parties of less than six, taxis are easily accessible from the airport.

Passports

Just a kind reminder that you will need a passport, so if you don't have a valid one please get it done asap.

Credit Cards

Playa Fiesta accepts MasterCard and Visa. Guests sharing a room can split their bill when they checkout if they wish.

Cell Phones/WiFi

Check your wireless plan before you head down to see what your plan has you setup for. The wedding hotel (and most restaurants) offer WiFi.

Dietary Restrictions

If you have any dietary restrictions (ex: vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, etc.) please let us know when RSVP'ing. The venue is able to accommodate and we want to make sure we have something that you are able to eat!

Is There a Gym at Playa Fiesta?

There is no gym onsite however, the hotel two doors down (where some of our guests will be staying) allows Playa Fiesta guests to use their gym for no additional charge. All you will need to do is get a business card from the front desk and bring it with you to hotel "Costa Sur" and let them know you are staying at Playa Fiesta.

Electrical Outlets

Mexico has the same electrical outlets as the United States. No adapters are needed.

Can I Get my Wedding Clothes Pressed?

Playa Fiesta has a steamer that stays in the wedding suite which all are welcome to use. The is an iron and ironing board in each hotel room.

Do I Need to Bring a Hair Dryer?

The front desk has 15 hair dryers so if guests need one daily, it's best to pack one and bring it along.
