There are two hotels that our guests will need to stay at. Playa Fiesta is the hotel where the wedding and all festivities are. Costa Sur is 400 yards down the beach from Playa Fiesta and is accessible by taxi or walking down the beach.. Playa Fiesta is fully booked.

Online Booking Instructions for your reservation at Costa Sur Resort

For all guests staying at Costa Sur Resort you must book through Playa Fiesta’s booking engine using the booking instructions below. Do not book though the Costa Sur website or through a third-party website as you will not receive the benefits below and will be required to pay additional daily fees at Hotel Playa Fiesta.

· Our website is www.playafiesta.com. There you will find our secure online booking engine. All our reservations are received through our website. Click on Reservations on the Home Page to take you to our booking engine.

· The Promo Code for Kristin & Kevin Smith offsite guests at Costa Sur is: Smith@CostaSur

· After entering the Promo Code click on Apply.

· Enter no more than 2 guests per bedroom, even if there are more, as the system will show dates unavailable if more than 2 guests is entered. The package rate includes all items in the description below for two guests. The rate is the same for a single guest as it is for two guests.

· You must enter at least 3 of the 4 package nights that have been reserved and guaranteed by your hosts Kristin & Kevin Smith. The package nightly rate is $312.80 covering the first two guests per room.

· Included in the rate for two guests per room:

o At Costa Sur: Accommodations, National Open Bar and breakfasts. (Open bar may differ from Playa Fiesta.)

o At Playa Fiesta: Food, beverage, upgrades & entertainment listed below plus the Playa Fiesta amenities.

· The package nights are:

o Arrival: Wednesday, May 7th, 2025.

o Departure: Sunday, May 11th, 2025.

· Additional nights are available on Monday & Tuesday before the above dates for $312.80 per night, however these nights do not apply to the three-night minimum. Please make just a single reservation for your entire stay.

· Once you’ve entered your desired dates click Search. If the package and nights entered are acceptable, click

Book Now to fill in your personal information and credit card number.

· Your credit card will be charged on February 3rd, 2025, for the full amount of your reservation. This will be non- refundable, no matter the reason. Before that date you may cancel without penalty. Any cancellations questions after that date should be directed to the host couple. We only accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

· Add any additional guest names for your reservation under ‘Comments’, along with ages of any children staying

in the same room. Rates for additional guests are as follows:

o Adults, 16 and over: $150 per night, plus taxes and 10% service – max three adults per room

o Children 3-15 years $75 per night, plus taxes and 10% service – max two adults and two children per room

o 2 and under free

· Once you have entered all your information click Complete Booking.

· Please make an individual reservation for each room booking desired.

· If you would prefer a room with two double size beds instead of the one king bed, please enter this in the

‘Comments’ section when reserving. (Please note that the two double-bed rooms are not remodeled. Also, the availability of this room type must be confirmed with Costa Sur.)

·Your hosts will be assigning your room(s), so please direct all room requests to them.

·All additional food, drink and incidentals charged to the room at Costa Sur will be charged at checkout.

·Playa Fiesta food & beverage included:

o National Open Bar with upgrade to include Jack Daniels, Absolut Vodka & Cazadores tequila. Applicable bar hours are 10a-11p, not including the wedding reception.

o Dinner & Entertainment package #3 and the Traditional Brunch. (Does not include breakfasts.)

·10% service charge and 19% tax will be added automatically by the system. (If tax rates are changed by government agencies the taxed amounts at checkout would be adjusted accordingly.)
